EDUCATE | SUPPORT | EMPOWER

Menopause at Work is About More Than Hot Flushes

Perimenopause and menopause can affect people in many different ways. Changes may include sleep disturbance, fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, changes in confidence and mood, hot flushes and other physical symptoms.

But there are also aspects of menopause that can be easily overlooked — including changes in muscle strength, bone health, joints and tendons, pelvic health and confidence with movement and exercise.

For some employees, these changes can have an impact on their experience at work.

Better understanding can help remove some of the uncertainty and stigma surrounding menopause, while practical education can give employees greater confidence to understand their own health and explore the support available to them.

Creating a menopause-supportive workplace starts with understanding — but it shouldn't end there.

How Revive Can Support Your Organisation

Every organisation is different, so workplace menopause support shouldn't be one-size-fits-all.

Whether you want to start the conversation, provide practical employee wellbeing support or offer a longer-term menopause programme, there are four levels of support available.

1. Menopause Awareness Session

Start the conversation. Increase understanding.

60–90 minutes | Online or in person | From £350

An engaging introduction to menopause in the workplace, designed to increase understanding, challenge misconceptions and encourage more supportive conversations.

The session explores perimenopause and menopause, common and less-recognised symptoms, how menopause may affect someone at work, and practical ways employees, colleagues and managers can offer support.

There is also time for questions and discussion, helping people leave feeling more informed, confident and comfortable talking about menopause.

Ideal for: organisations wanting to introduce menopause awareness to their workforce, support a women's health initiative or provide an accessible wellbeing session for a larger group.

Includes:
Menopause education • Symptoms & hormonal changes • Menopause at work • Practical wellbeing advice • Supporting colleagues • Signposting • Q&A

2. Menopause & Wellbeing Half-Day Workshop

From understanding to practical action.

3–3.5 hours | Online or in person | Up to 40 delegates | £595

An interactive workshop combining menopause education with practical tools employees can use to support their health and wellbeing.

We explore what's happening during perimenopause and menopause and look at areas that can make a meaningful difference to everyday wellbeing — including nutrition, movement and strength, sleep, stress, physical health and treatment options including HRT.

Employees have time to reflect on their own wellbeing, ask questions and identify realistic changes they can take away and use in everyday life.

Ideal for: employee wellbeing days, women's health initiatives and organisations wanting to provide more meaningful menopause support than a traditional awareness talk.

Includes:
Interactive menopause education • Nutrition & everyday habits • Movement & physical health • Strength & bone health • Sleep & stress • HRT & treatment options • Practical activities • Personal wellbeing strategies • Q&A

3. Menopause & Wellbeing Full-Day Workshop

A complete menopause & wellbeing experience.

Approx. 6 hours | In person preferred | Up to 40 delegates | £895

A comprehensive and interactive day giving employees the time and space to understand, explore and put what they learn into practice.

The day combines menopause education with my specialist physiotherapy and wellbeing expertise, exploring symptoms and hormonal change alongside muscle and bone health, joint and tendon health, strength and movement, pelvic health, nutrition, sleep, stress, HRT and other treatment options.

Practical sessions, discussion and guided activities are incorporated throughout the day, with participants working towards their own personal menopause & wellbeing action plan.

Ideal for: organisations wanting to make a meaningful investment in women's health and provide employees with an immersive day of education, practical support and wellbeing.

Includes:
Comprehensive menopause education • Practical movement session • Nutrition & lifestyle • Physical & pelvic health • Muscle & bone health • Stress & sleep support • HRT & treatment options • Participant workbook • Personal action plan • Q&A

4. Revive Through Menopause — 6-Week Workplace Programme

Ongoing support. Practical change. One week at a time.

6 × 1-hour weekly live sessions | Online | Up to 50 employees | From £1,495

For organisations wanting to provide ongoing menopause support rather than a one-off event, Revive Through Menopause brings employees together over six weeks to learn, reflect and gradually introduce meaningful changes.

Each live session focuses on a different area of menopause and wellbeing.

Week 1 — UNDERSTAND
Understanding Your Menopause

Ideal for: organisations looking to provide a structured women's health and wellbeing programme with continued engagement and support.

Includes:
6 live expert-led sessions • Programme workbook • Practical activities • Live discussion & Q&A • Personal menopause & wellbeing plan

Why Choose Revive Physio?

Specialist expertise. Practical support. A different approach.

Workplace menopause education should be about more than presenting a list of symptoms.

I'm Michelle Stevens, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 22 years' clinical experience and a qualified Menopause Practitioner.

My clinical background gives me a different perspective on menopause education. Alongside helping employees understand hormonal changes and symptoms such as sleep disturbance, fatigue, anxiety and brain fog, I can also bring specialist knowledge of the physical aspects of midlife health.

This includes muscle and bone health, joint and tendon symptoms, strength, movement, exercise and pelvic health — areas that can sometimes be overlooked in menopause education.

My approach is warm, approachable and practical. There is no expectation that there is one 'right' way to manage menopause.

Instead, my aim is to give people reliable information, practical tools and greater confidence to make informed choices about their own health and wellbeing.
